GARANTİ VE SERVİS ŞARTLARI 

1. Servise alınan ürünler, fatura tarihinden itibaren 2 (iki) yıl garanti kapsamındadır.

2. Garanti yalnızca üretim ve işçilik hatalarını kapsar; kaza, darbe, düşme, sıvı teması, voltaj dalgalanması, kullanıcı hataları, yazılım sorunları ve yetkisiz müdahaleler garanti kapsamı dışındadır.

3. Garanti taleplerinde fatura ibrazı zorunludur ve teknik inceleme yapılmadan değişim veya iade talep edilemez.

4. Arızanın garanti kapsamında olup olmadığı yetkili servis teknik incelemesi sonucunda belirlenir.

5. Teknik servis işlemlerinde azami servis süresi 30 (otuz) iş günüdür.

6. Servis işlemi tamamlanan ürünler hakkında müşteri bilgilendirilir; bilgilendirme tarihinden itibaren 30 (otuz) gün içinde teslim alınmayan ürünlerden firma sorumlu değildir.

7. Servise bırakılan ürünlerdeki veri kaybından firma sorumlu değildir; veri yedekleme müşteriye aittir.

8. Garanti, doğrudan para iadesi veya birebir ürün değişimini kapsamaz.

9. Müşteri, bu servis giriş formunu imzalayarak yukarıdaki garanti ve servis şartlarını kabul etmiş sayılır.

WARRANTY AND SERVICE TERMS 

1. Products accepted for service are covered by a 2 (two) year warranty starting from the invoice date.

2. The warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects only; damages caused by accidents, drops, impacts, liquid contact, voltage fluctuations, user errors, software issues, and unauthorized repairs are excluded.

3. Proof of purchase (invoice) is required for all warranty claims, and no replacement or refund can be requested without technical inspection.

4. Whether the fault is covered under warranty is determined solely by authorized service technical inspection.

5. The maximum service period is 30 (thirty) business days.

6. Customers are notified once the service process is completed; products not collected within 30 (thirty) days after notification are no longer the responsibility of the company.

7. The company is not responsible for data loss on products left for service; data backup is the customer’s responsibility.

8. The warranty does not guarantee a direct refund or one-to-one product replacement.

9. By signing the service entry form, the customer acknowledges and accepts these warranty and service terms.
